Changing Lives

At Changing Lives we believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to reach their potential. We know that life isn’t straightforward. People’s circumstances, lived experience or health can mean they face barriers to living a happy and fulfilling life. We work with people who are in crisis or who need support to overcome serious challenges that can limit their opportunities.

We help people to develop the skills and self-belief to move past prior experiences, change their story and achieve a better future – for themselves, their families and their communities.

Join our weekly drop in sessions for support and guidance around addiction.

Addictions Drop-in

Our Sessions

Our informal group is run by people in recovery and reflects on barriers to recovery, identifies dangerous situations and provides a platform to discuss coping mechanisms. The sessions are relaxed and anyone is welcome – no matter where you are in your own recovery journey.

Are you ready to be Free from a Drug or Alcohol Addiction? Want to find out more?

We offer a 12 week abstinence-based non-residential rehabilitation programme for people with drug and alcohol issues in Washington.

We aim to stop the cycle of addiction and enable people to give back to the communities in which they live.

We run a 12 week rehabilitation programme at our centre in Washington. It’s an abstinence-based day treatment centre for men and women who want to be free from drugs and alcohol.

We recognise that recovery is so much more than a person breaking their dependence on substances. It is a quality of life that supports an abstinent recovery.
